Snow removal in Toronto is a reliability product: when it snows, your driveway, walk, and steps get cleared, every time, all winter, for one seasonal price. No per-storm invoices, no negotiating with a stranger and a plow at 7 a.m., no shovelling the windrow the city plow pushed back across the driveway you just cleared.
Snow is a density business: we take a fixed number of properties per neighbourhood so every house on the route gets cleared inside the service window of a real storm. When the route is full, it’s full, most of the east-end routes close before the first flake. Fall cleanup clients get first refusal on remaining spots.
City driveways behind semis don’t fit a pickup plow. We run compact blowers and shovel crews where the property demands it, which is why the interlock and the lawn edges survive to spring, and why our summer interlock repair crews aren’t fixing our own winter damage.
Residential seasonal contracts for a standard double driveway, walkway, and steps typically run $450 to $800 for the season depending on the property and route. One price covers every qualifying snowfall November through March, a heavy winter is our problem, not yours.
Service triggers at 5 cm of accumulation. Routes run after the snow stops, with driveways cleared within hours of end-of-snowfall; long storms get mid-storm passes. You're not first or last every time, route order rotates.
Salting of walks and steps is available as an add-on or per-visit call-out. We salt restrained amounts in the right places, over-salting is what destroys concrete steps and interlock joints, and we repair enough of that damage in summer to take it seriously.
The end-of-driveway windrow from the municipal plow is included in our clearing, it is half the reason people hire this out. Toronto's own windrow program covers only some streets and has eligibility limits.
